Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Boil the small red potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
- Place the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet and gently smash them with the bottom of a glass or a potato masher.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper. Stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.
