Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt sugar until it turns into a golden amber caramel. Quickly pour into a flan mold and let it set.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the set caramel in the flan mold.
- Place the flan mold in a baking dish filled with water to create a water bath.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the custard is set. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- To serve, carefully invert the flan onto a plate and enjoy!
