1 can (8 oz / 226 g) refrigerated crescent roll dough
½ cup (120 ml) pizza or marinara sauce
1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
24 slices pepperoni
2 tbsp (30 g) unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp (20 g) grated Parmesan cheese
Optional Fillings:
¼ cup (25 g) chopped bell peppers
¼ cup (25 g) chopped black olives
¼ cup (25 g) cooked sausage crumbles
Pinch of red pepper flakes
For Brushing:
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet.
Unroll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
Spread ~½ tbsp pizza sauce on wide end of triangle.
Top with 3 slices of pepperoni and 1 tbsp mozzarella.
Add optional fillings (max 1 tbsp total).
Roll from wide end to tip and curve into a crescent shape.
Brush with egg wash (egg + water mixture).
Mix butter, oregano, garlic powder, Parmesan and brush on top.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and puffy.
Cool 3–5 minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
Avoid overfilling or sauce overflow will cause sogginess.
Use parchment paper for a cleaner bake.
Pre-shredded cheese melts less evenly—grate fresh if possible.
