Ingredients

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
¼ cup olive oil
3 garlic cloves
minced
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
chopped
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Flaky sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix the pizza dough with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top of each muffin.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the muffins are cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin and serve warm.
