These Easy Christmas Cake Pops are a fun and festive treat perfect for holiday gatherings. Made with a simple vanilla cake mix, they are easy to prepare and decorate with colorful candy melts and sprinkles.

1 box vanilla cake mix I used Betty Crocker
⅓ cup vanilla icing I used Betty Crocker
½ bag white candy melts 12 oz
½ bag red candy melts 12 oz

Instructions
- Prepare the vanilla cake mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan.
- Once the cake is cool, crumble it into a large bowl and mix in the vanilla icing until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the white and red candy melts according to package instructions.
- Dip the tip of a lollipop stick into the melted candy and then insert it into a cake ball. Next, dip the entire cake pop into the melted candy, coating it evenly.
- Sprinkle festive decorations on top while the candy is still wet. Place the decorated cake pops upright in a styrofoam block or similar stand to dry.
