1 packet taco seasoning

1/2 cup tomato sauce

8 small taco shells

1 avocado

peeled and pitted

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup fresh cilantro

chopped

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until softened.
  • Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning and tomato sauce, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
