Instructions

  • Start by preparing the crust. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into a pie pan to form the crust, then refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk to the mixture and gently fold until smooth.
