2 large egg yolks

Instructions
- Boil the chopped potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash until smooth.
- Incorporate the softened butter, egg yolks, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper into the mashed potatoes until the mixture is creamy and well blended.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Using a piping bag, pipe the potato mixture into decorative shapes onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
