10 –12 fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
75 g kataifi shredded pastry
40 g butter
140 g pistachio paste
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together over a double boiler or in the microwave until smooth.
- Spoon the melted chocolate into silicone molds to create cups, ensuring even coating. Let it set in the fridge until hardened.
- For the filling, hull the strawberries and blend them until smooth. If desired, mix in powdered sugar for sweetness.
- In a skillet, melt the butter and toast the kataifi until golden brown and crispy. Let it cool.
- Fill the chocolate cups with the strawberry mixture and top with the toasted kataifi and pistachio paste.
- Garnish with mint leaves, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts if desired. Serve chilled.
