2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberry juice and fresh lemon juice over medium heat.
- Once the mixture is warm, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the top and whisk until fully dissolved.
- If desired, add sweetener to taste and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into slices and serve chilled.
Notes
Adjust sweetness based on your preference by adding more or less sweetener. For best results, use fresh ingredients.
