They are perfect for snacking, meal prep, post-workout energy, or a guilt-free dessert. Packed with wholesome ingredients, these treats deliver indulgence without compromise.

Ingredients

Scale

Dry Ingredients:

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (blended into flour)

½ cup almond flour

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Wet Ingredients:

½ cup natural peanut butter (smooth, unsweetened)

¼ cup pure maple syrup

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

Add-Ins:

⅓ cup mini dark chocolate chips

2 tablespoons crushed peanuts (optional)

Optional Coating:

½ cup dark chocolate chips, melted

1 teaspoon coconut oil

Flaky sea salt for garnish

Instructions

Prepare Oat Flour:
Blend rolled oats in a food processor until fine. Measure one cup of oat flour.

Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk oat flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and cinnamon until evenly mixed.

Mix Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil until smooth.

Combine Wet and Dry:
Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients. Stir until a soft dough forms. Adjust with water or oat flour as needed.

Add Mix-Ins:
Fold in mini chocolate chips and crushed peanuts.

Shape Bliss Balls:
Roll 1-inch portions between your palms. Place on a parchment-lined tray.

Optional Chocolate Dip:
Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil. Dip balls halfway or fully, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

Chill:
Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.

Notes

For nut-free bliss balls, use sunflower seed butter or tahini.

For a protein boost, add 2 tablespoons of vegan chocolate protein powder.

Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.

Ensure oats are finely blended for a smooth texture.

Refrigerate before dipping for best coating results.
