1 (15-ounce) can black beans
rinsed and drained
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 red onion
thinly sliced
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas and black beans.
