4 ounces Cream Cheese

1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 pound Ground Beef

2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning

4 pieces Low-Carb Tortillas

1 cup Sour Cream

1 cup Lettuce

1 medium Tomato

1 cup Extra Cheddar Cheese

1/4 cup Cilantro

1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices

1 tablespoon Olive Oil


Instructions

  • In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat, then add cream cheese and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour in the heavy whipping cream and continue to whisk until well combined and creamy.
  • Add shredded cheddar cheese to the saucepan and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and mix well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  • To assemble the crunchwraps, place a low-carb tortilla on a flat surface, spread a layer of sour cream, followed by a scoop of ground beef.
  • Add lettuce, diced tomato, cheese sauce, extra cheddar cheese, cilantro, and jalapeño slices on top.
  • Fold the edges of the tortilla inwards to create a wrap, then carefully place it in a hot skillet and cook until golden on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove from skillet, slice, and serve with additional toppings as desired.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute cream cheese with dairy-free alternatives. Adjust the toppings according to your preference for extra flavor.
