1 cup Turkey pepperoni or beef sausage

2 tbsp Olive oil
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese, then microwave for 1 minute until melted.
- Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and egg until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into two portions and roll each portion into a circle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread sugar-free marinara sauce on one half of each dough circle, leaving edges clear.
- Top with turkey pepperoni or beef sausage.
- Fold the dough over to create a calzone and seal the edges with a fork.
