1 large Egg

1 cup Turkey pepperoni or beef sausage

1 cup Sugar-free marinara sauce

2 tbsp Olive oil

1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese, then microwave for 1 minute until melted.
  • Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and egg until a dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into two portions and roll each portion into a circle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Spread sugar-free marinara sauce on one half of each dough circle, leaving edges clear.
  • Top with turkey pepperoni or beef sausage.
  • Fold the dough over to create a calzone and seal the edges with a fork.
