Instructions
- Begin by pitting the Medjool dates and slicing them open to create a pocket.
- Fill each date with a spoonful of your chosen nut butter.
- Press a few peanuts into the nut butter filling for added crunch.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler until smooth.
- Drizzle or spoon melted chocolate over the top of each stuffed date.
- Sprinkle a pinch of flaky salt on top of the chocolate if desired.
- Let the chocolate set for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
