1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice

1 ½ lb cucumbers sliced
½ red onion finely sliced
¼ cup fresh dill chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth to create the dressing.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the sliced cucumbers, red onion, and chopped dill.
- Pour the yogurt dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Chill the salad for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
