Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Panko breadcrumbs, whole milk, finely diced yellow onion, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and dried thyme until just mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar; spread this glaze over the meatloaf.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Once cooked, remove from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
