Ingredients
2 cups (480 ml) heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon mint extract
A few drops green food coloring (optional)
1/2 cup (90 g) mini chocolate chips (semi-sweet recommended)
4 oz (115 g) cream cheese
softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Add the mint extract, food coloring, and a pinch of sea salt to the whipped cream, and mix until combined.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Spoon the mousse into individual cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
