Instructions

- Stir in 1 ½ cups milk, sugar, and salt; cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until mixture thickens.
- Blend the beaten egg with the remaining milk; slowly whisk into the pudding mixture.
- Add raisins, butter, and vanilla; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
