Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish and place the garlic cloves, drizzled with olive oil, in the oven. Roast for 20 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- In a large saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the roasted garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
