Ingredients
Chicken (2 cups)
Ricotta cheese (2 cups)
Parmesan cheese (1 cup)
Mozzarella cheese (1 cup + 1 cup for topping)
Alfredo sauce (3 cups)
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a lasagna noodle, fill it with the chicken mixture, and roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolled noodles seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat until all filling is used.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top of the rolls and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
