2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix-ins:

2 cups (100 g) mini marshmallows

½ cup (60 g) chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Garnish:

Crushed pecans or a few fresh cranberries (optional)


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cranberries
Rinse and remove any stems or damaged cranberries. Pulse in a food processor until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with granulated sugar, stir, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 2: Add Pineapple and Flavor
Mix in the drained pineapple and orange juice (if using). Set aside.

Step 3: Whip the Cream
In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until firm peaks form.

Step 4: Combine and Fold
Gently fold whipped cream into the cranberry mixture. Add mini marshmallows and chopped nuts (if using), folding carefully to keep it airy.

Step 5: Chill and Serve
