4 cloves Garlic
1 medium Onion
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and diced onion to the skillet, cooking until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
