1/2 tsp espresso powder

7 oz mini eggs
2 oz dark chocolate
flaked salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, espresso powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the mini eggs and chopped dark chocolate.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
- Sprinkle lightly with flaked salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still soft.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
