Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix 1 cup of sugar with cinnamon and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and vegetable oil.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared pan, then sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Add the remaining batter, followed by the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Use a knife to swirl the batter gently to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
