Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
- In another mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and only slightly jiggles in the center.
- Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
