1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen banana, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
- Add the old fashioned oats and milk of choice, then blend until smooth.
- If desired, add ice for a thicker consistency and blend again.

Notes
