Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and mini marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, pressing it down firmly to create an even layer.
- In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips until smooth, then pour over the Rice Krispies layer, spreading it evenly.
