250 g Milk Chocolate
50 g Block Margarine or Butter
2 tbsp Golden Syrup
Chocolate Mini Eggs
Instructions
- Melt the milk chocolate, margarine or butter, and golden syrup together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the cornflakes until well coated.
- Spoon the mixture into cupcake cases, shaping them into nests.
- Add chocolate mini eggs on top of each nest before the chocolate sets.
- Allow to cool and set completely before serving.
Notes
For a healthier option, you can use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. Ensure to let the nests set in a cool place for the best results.
