Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat and stir in the mini marshmallows, mixing until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in cocoa powder, rice krispies, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then press it into the silicone mold to form the gingerbread shapes.
- In a separate bowl, melt the milk chocolate and pour it over the shaped treats to coat them, ensuring they are fully covered.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set, then carefully remove the pops from the mold.
- Decorate the pops with candy melts, M&M’s, and white royal icing to give each gingerbread man personality.
- Insert candy cane-style sticks into the bottoms of the gingerbread pops for easy handling.
