Description
Indulge in the perfect blend of crispy, chocolatey goodness with a churro twist in these Chocolate Churro Rice Krispie Treats, drizzled with a luscious caramel sauce.
Ingredients

1 box (12.6oz) Cocoa Krispies cereal (8–½ cups)
2 bags (10oz) miniature marshmallows
12 tbsp butter (¾ cup)
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup mini chocolate chips
â…“ cup cinnamon sugar (â…“ cup sugar + 2 tsp cinnamon mixed together)
20 unwrapped caramel squares
1–½ tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- In a large pot over low heat, melt 12 tbsp of butter. Once melted, add 2 bags of miniature marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove the pot from heat and stir in 1 tsp of vanilla. Then, mix in the 1 box of Cocoa Krispies cereal until well coated.
- Add the ¾ cup of mini chocolate chips to the mixture, stirring until evenly distributed.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan, ensuring it’s packed tightly and evenly.
- Sprinkle the â…“ cup of cinnamon sugar over the top of the treats for that churro flavor, pressing it lightly into the surface.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the 20 unwrapped caramel squares and 1-½ tbsp of heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the caramel is melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the melted caramel over the Rice Krispie treats, allowing it to set slightly before slicing.

Notes
For extra flavor, you can add more cinnamon to the caramel drizzle or top with additional chocolate chips.
