Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chili oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked rice to the skillet, stirring well to coat the rice in the garlic and chili oil mixture.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
- Season with salt to taste and cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the rice to crisp slightly on the bottom.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra heat, add more chili oil or top with sliced fresh chilies. This recipe is a great way to use leftover rice.
