Ingredients
500g Chicken breast (about 2)
sliced into thin strips
30g Olive oil (2 tbsp)
15g Garlic (4 cloves)

960g Chicken broth (4 cups)

60g Soy sauce (1/4 cup)
low-sodium preferred
240g Heavy cream (1 cup)
or full-fat coconut milk
180g Ramen noodles (2 packets)
seasoning packets discarded
15g Green onions (2)
chopped
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, then bring to a simmer.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes.
