1 cup ricotta cheese

24 oz marinara or Alfredo sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
sautéed vegetables (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, cheese blend, sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well, adding sautéed vegetables if desired.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
