1 pound ground sausage
browned and drained
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
softened
1 (8 oz.) package velveeta cheese
cubed
4 oz. monterey jack cheese
grated
2 tablespoons fresh chives
minced

1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried sage

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the browned sausage, sour cream, cream cheese, Velveeta cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Add minced chives, Worcestershire sauce, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried sage. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and slightly browned on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra chives if desired.
- Serve warm with crackers for dipping.
