2 cups chicken stock
2 cups water
3 cups broccoli florets roughly chopped
½ cup milk
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the chicken cubes to the skillet and cook until lightly browned.
- Stir in the rice, chicken stock, and water, bringing it to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and milk, mixing until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, top with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
