3 tablespoons green sanding sugar

3 tablespoons purple sanding sugar

3 tablespoons yellow sanding sugar


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to create the cinnamon filling.
  • In another bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well blended to form the cookie dough.
  • Scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough and flatten it slightly, then place a teaspoon of the cinnamon filling in the center and fold the dough around it to create a ball.
  • Place the cookie balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
