Ingredients

1 box vanilla cake mix (15.25 ounce)
2 eggs

3 tablespoons green sanding sugar
3 tablespoons purple sanding sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to create the cinnamon filling.
- In another bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well blended to form the cookie dough.
- Scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough and flatten it slightly, then place a teaspoon of the cinnamon filling in the center and fold the dough around it to create a ball.
- Place the cookie balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- While the cookies cool, prepare the frosting by whisking together melted butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the frosting on top of each cooled cookie and sprinkle with green, purple, and yellow sanding sugars.
