Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, salt, black pepper, and basil pesto, stirring until smooth.
- Next, fold in the cubed fresh mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh basil, and halved cherry tomatoes, mixing gently.
- Transfer the dip to an oven-safe serving dish and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with additional fresh basil leaves before serving.
