Ingredients
400g spaghetti
450g diced sirloin or ribeye steak
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
100g cream cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the diced steak and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
