Instructions
- Slice the focaccia bread horizontally to create a top and bottom half.
- Drizzle the bottom half with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Layer the fresh burrata cheese on the bottom half, followed by sliced heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the toppings.
- Place the top half of the focaccia back on to close the sandwich.
- Cut the sandwich into slices and serve immediately.
