2 pounds pork sausage
12 eggs
1 cup sour cream (light or regular)
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 green onions
1/2 green bell pepper
diced
1/2 red bell pepper
diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large casserole dish.
- In a skillet, cook the pork sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, milk, kosher salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the cooked sausage, green onions, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread it evenly.
