Ingredients

1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the blueberries, lemon juice, and honey (if using). Cook until the blueberries break down and the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds, allowing the mixture to cool slightly.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, then swirl in the blueberry sauce.
- Freeze for at least 1-2 hours until solid.
- Once frozen, pop out the yogurt bites and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
These bites can be kept in the freezer for quick snacks. Experiment with different fruits to create your own swirls!
