Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cut the brioche bread into cubes and place half of them in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the blueberries and lemon zest over the bread cubes, then add the remaining bread cubes on top.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and blueberries, ensuring all bread cubes are soaked.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
