Chili powder – 1 tablespoon

Ground cumin – 1 teaspoon

Paprika – 1 teaspoon

Onion powder – ½ teaspoon

Fresh lime juice – 1 tablespoon

Shredded lettuce – 1 cup

Diced tomatoes – 1 cup

Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese – 1 cup

Sour cream – ½ cup

Cooked jasmine or white rice – 3 cups

Soy sauce – 3 tablespoons

Sesame oil – 1 teaspoon

Garlic cloves – 2

Ginger – 1 teaspoon

Broccoli florets – 2 cups

Shredded carrots – 1 cup

Instructions

  • For the Philly Cheesesteak, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms (if using); sauté until softened.
  • Add the shaved beef steak to the skillet, season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, cooking until the meat is browned and cooked through.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 portions and top each with 2 slices of provolone cheese, allowing it to melt.
  • Serve on hoagie rolls. For tacos, in a separate pan, heat olive oil and cook the shaved beef with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  • Add fresh lime juice once cooked. Fill tortillas with the meat and top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
  • For the beef rice bowls, stir-fry broccoli florets and shredded carrots in vegetable oil until tender. Add beef, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
