2 large sweet onions peeled cut horizontally into 1/2-inch thick slices


Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, summer savory, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  • Preheat your grill to medium heat and brush the grill grates with oil.
  • Place the onion slices on a large plate and brush both sides with the honey-mustard sauce.
