Ripe Bananas
Rolled Oats
Vanilla Protein Powder

Unsweetened Applesauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, nut butter, unsweetened applesauce, ground flaxseed or chia seeds, and cinnamon, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For chewier cookies, don’t overbake. Feel free to experiment with different nut butters or add-ins like dried fruits or nuts.
