2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter

Graham Cracker Crumble (1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter melted
1 tablespoon sugar)
Instructions
- Prepare the Vanilla Pastry Cream by whisking together sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan. Gradually whisk in the milk, then add eggs and cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in butter and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar to create the graham cracker crumble.
- Slice the bananas and layer them in dessert cups or bowls.
