2 cloves garlic

1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Juice and zest from 1/2 lemon

1 lemon

Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Arrange the tilapia fillets in the prepared baking dish, and season them with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • In a bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and zest. Mix well.
  • Pour the butter mixture evenly over the tilapia fillets.
