Instructions
- Preheat your oven or skillet to medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine the crumbled bacon, scrambled eggs, and shredded cheese.
- If using, beat the additional egg and add it to the mixture along with black pepper.

- Cook until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is heated through, about 10-15 minutes.
