Deliciously marinated and baked Asian Glazed Chicken Thighs, packed with flavor and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

½ cup rice vinegar
⅓ cup soy sauce (such as Silver Swan®)
5 tablespoons honey
¼ cup Asian (toasted) sesame oil
3 tablespoons Asian chili garlic sauce
3 tablespoons minced garlic
salt to taste
8 skinless
boneless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon chopped green onion (Optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, minced garlic, and salt.
- Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is glazed with the marinade.
- Optional: Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Marinating the chicken longer intensifies the flavors. Adjust the amount of chili garlic sauce to meet your spice preference.
